Refund policy

For both Day and Travel Passes/Ride Bundles, unfortunately, we do not offer refunds - both for the full amount or for a proportion of unused passes.

Cancellation policy

Most Travel Passes/Ride Bundles allow you to cancel a ride:

  • For Multi Credit Bundles, you'll be returned 1 ride that you've cancelled (up until 5 min before departure). You can also edit a travel pass/ride bundle journey if your plans change (up until 5 minutes before departure). We can not make any amendments to rides with less than 5 minutes to departure as the trip is locked down.

  • For Term/Annual passes, they have the exact number of rides for the year/term and cancelled rides will not be refunded. If for any reason your child is not traveling, it's best to let us know so we can remove them from the list and the driver will know not to expect your child.
