For both Day and Travel Passes, unfortunately we do not offer refunds - both for the full amount or for a proportion of unused passes. However, if you contact us within 24 hours of making a transaction, we may make exceptions to this rule.
Most Travel Passes allow you to cancel a ride:
- For Commute Travel Passes, you'll be returned 1 credit per ride that you've canceled (up until 5 min before departure)
- For Full Season Travel Passes, you'll be returned a voucher automatically through email to use on a future Zeelo journey (up until 12 hours before departure)
