Face Coverings ๐Ÿ˜ท

The government's advice in England going forward is to wear masks on busy public transport services.

To continue to keep our services, passengers and drivers as safe as possible in the immediate future, we will be strongly advising that passengers continue to wear face coverings and drivers to continue to wear face coverings whilst travelling on any Zeelo vehicle.

We are continuing this measure as wearing a face covering does reduce risk of transmission in enclosed spaces as confirmed by the government and the World Health Organisation.

We will continue to review this over the coming weeks and months. For the time being we strongly believe that this is the best way to make every journey as safe as possible.


Social distancing

Social distancing will remain in place onboard the Zeelo service to Jaguar Land Rover and will operate at 50% occupancy.


Vehicle cleaning and surfaces ๐Ÿงผ

We recommend that you travel with your own hand sanitiser to use, but hand sanitiser will be available on every vehicle to use on boarding and disembarking the vehicle.

All vehicles are deep cleaned every 24 hours and hard surfaces are disinfected between each journey


When and where is the service operating from? ๐Ÿ—“

The Zeelo service to JLR will operate from Coventry Station and JLR Whitley to JLR Gaydon.

  • You can obtain your travel pass via this link

  • Once purchased, you must opt into the rides in advance of travel, you can do this right up until 5 min prior to departure

Can I still use my old Zeelo Profile?

Yes, if you're unable to remember your password, please use the forgot password link via the login page. You will be sent a link to your email address that will prompt you to change your password.

If you used the JLR service prior to going into lockdown and have expired credits on your account, please get in touch with our customer service team who will be able to assist you further


Can I change my travel pass location?

If you wish to change your pickup location from Coventry Station to JLR Whitley, drop us a message on live chat and we will change that for you.


What happened to the previous route from Lemington?

The current service is operating between Coventry Station, JLR Whitley and JLR Gaydon. You can check out how to suggest a new stop below. All requests are reviewed regularly.
