How Tracking Works
We send you a 45-minute advance alert before your trip starts. This gives you plenty of time to get to your pickup location. We encourage you to arrive at least 5 minutes before. In the alert, you’ll find a link to track your vehicle in real-time, allowing you to monitor your child's journey progress.
Here's what happens:
45-Minute Pre-Trip Alert
Approximately 45 minutes before your vehicle is scheduled to begin its journey, you will receive an alert on your phone. This message includes a direct link to track the vehicle on a live map. Whether you're at home, at work, or already on the go, you can easily see when to expect your child's ride.
In-App Tracking Once the Journey Begins
As soon as your driver begins the trip, tracking will automatically activate in the app. If you’re already on the app, open it, and you’ll see the “Track My Ride” feature displayed. This feature provides real-time updates, showing you exactly where the vehicle is, the estimated time of arrival, and any important updates along the way.
