We suggest booking in advance to avoid missing out. Unfortunately, our Customer Care team are unable to support if the trip is fully booked. Your employer decides on the size of the vehicle available for each trip, and we're unable to increase the number of seats without their approval.

You missed the booking cut-off time.

Your employer will decide on a cut-off time for your booking, which may vary for each program.

To check how much time you have to cancel or change a booking, open the page to edit it. An information box will let you know how long you have to make a change.

What can I do?

It's always a good idea to keep checking the booking page regularly, as availability can change. Sometimes, a seat might become available if someone cancels their booking, and by checking often, you’ll have the chance to grab that newly freed spot.
