At Zeelo we try our best to give our riders the best transport to work and school as possible. We use the feedback from our riders to always improve the quality of our services. Useful feedback includes:
The quality of the vehicle
Driver behaviour
Experience using the Rider App or Webpage
Was the vehicle on time
The route used
When you complete a trip with Zeelo, you have the option to leave feedback using the Rider App for each trip (this feature isn't available yet on the webpage).
A request to leave feedback will pop up automatically in the Rider App every 10 trips to prompt you to leave some feedback.
How to leave feedback about a trip?
Log in to the Rider App (this feature isn't available yet on the Webpage)
Open the Account tab in the bottom right
Select "My bookings" to see all your bookings
Select the "Completed" tab
Find the trip you would like to leave a rating for. Tap on the [...] button to show more options
Select "Rate your journey"
Select a number of stars
When you submit, you will have the opportunity to leave a comment; We encourage this as all comments help us investigate any issues without delay.
