All Zeelo drivers have a list of riders booked for their service. If you don’t have access to your phone or the QR code from your email booking confirmation, simply provide the driver with your name, and they’ll be able to manually check you onto the bus.

Some of our services have a no booking, no board policy; hence, if you do not have a booking, the driver may refuse boarding access.
