The email address and password used to create your account are all you need to log in from any device. Whether you’re using your phone, your child’s tablet, or a family computer, your credentials give you access to all trip-related information.
Download the App on Your Child’s Device
We recommend downloading the app on your child's device to ensure they can view their trips, departure times, and real-time tracking. Once installed, sign in using the same email address when the account was created and the pass was purchased. This may be your email and password as a parent or guardian.
Upon logging in, your child can view their boarding pass and QR code. They can simply show the QR code to the driver to be scanned for boarding.
What If My Child Doesn’t Have a Smartphone?
If your child cannot access a smartphone or tablet, don’t worry—you can still ensure they’re ready to board. After purchasing the pass, you can print the QR code directly from your account. This printed version can be shown to the driver and scanned just like the digital one.
We do not always issue physical passes (this is school-specific). The QR code is reusable and valid across your child’s bookings, so you only need to print it once.
