Account Options for Separate Households
You have two main options depending on your arrangements:
Option 1: One Shared Account
Best for families who:
Want to manage all travel under one login
Prefer shared access to bookings and payment info.
Have joint payment arrangements.
Pros:
Easier to manage and track travel
Centralised payment and communication
Setup: A parent/guardian registers the account using an email address and password, then shares that login information with the other parent/guardian and nominates them to follow my ride
Option 2: Two Separate Accounts
Ideal for families who:
Prefer to keep payments and bookings separate
Alternate who covers travel expenses
Want to manage travel independently?
Pros:
More flexibility and privacy
Useful if travel responsibilities are rotated
Setup: Each parent or guardian creates an account with their email address. Your Child or children can be listed as the rider under both accounts.
