How do I change my account details/password - Schools

Change personal details

1. For iOS App users

  1. Log in to the Rider App

  2. Open the "Account" tab

  3. Tap on the "Edit ✏️" icon in the top right

  4. Select the details you wish to change

  5. Change and save your changes

2. For Android App users

  1. Log in to the Rider App

  2. Open the "Account" tab

  3. Tap on the "Edit ✏️" icon in the top right

  4. Select the link to Edit your account details

  5. A webpage will open to edit your account details on the Webpage (follow the steps below)

3. For Web-app users

  1. Open the Webpage at zeelo. Then click on "My rides".

  2. Click on "Change details"

  3. A pop-up will open to change your name, email or phone number

  4. To change your password, click on "Change password"
