Refund policy

We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to ensure you’re taken care of. Before a refund is issued, we’ll carefully check the terms associated with the school you’re inquiring about to ensure everything aligns with their policy. If the refund request meets the criteria outlined by the school’s terms and conditions, we will proceed with the refund as quickly as possible.

Cancellation policy

Most of our Travel Passes and Ride Bundles offer the flexibility to cancel a ride if needed, but please note that single or return trips are non-refundable. We highlight this information when you’re booking, so there are no surprises!

  • For Ride Bundles, you can cancel one ride and get this back to your bundle, as long as it’s done at least 5 minutes before departure.

    Please note that once there are less than 5 minutes to go, we can’t make any changes, as the trip is locked in.

  • For Term/Annual passes, they have the exact number of rides for the year/term, and cancelled rides will not be refunded. If your child is not travelling for any reason, it's best to let us know so we can remove them from the list, and the driver will know not to expect your child.
