If you have purchased a Travel Pass, you can cancel/edit the times of your rides, either returning credits to your pass (if you have purchased a multi-credit pass) or changing the ride to another date/time.

Go to the travel pass
Go to the trip and tap change
Choose the 3 dots at the top right-hand corner
Tap cancel booking and confirm changes
To edit your trip to another time /date
Go to the travel pass
Go to the trip and drop down the "select the time" box
Tap confirm changes
All done! 👍
📌 Please note that you can cancel your ride up until 5 minutes before the coach departs your stop.
