How do I cancel/move a ride? - Schools

If you’ve purchased a Ride Bundle, you can easily cancel or edit the time of your rides. Depending on the bundle type, this may either return credits to your pass (if you’ve bought a set number of rides) or allow you to reschedule the ride for another date or time.

However, if you’ve purchased a Travel Pass (Annual or Term), please note that the amount will not be refunded. Instead, our system notifies the driver that your child will not travel that day.

If you have purchased a single/return trip these can be moved but will not be refunded

  • Go to the travel pass.

  • Go to the trip and tap change

  • Choose the 3 dots at the top right-hand corner

  • Tap cancel booking and confirm changes

To edit your trip to another time /date

  • Go to the travel pass

  • Go to the trip and drop down the "select the time" box

  • Tap confirm changes

All done! 👍

📌  Please note that you can cancel your ride until 5 minutes before the coach departs your stop.
