We recommend that you get to your pick-up point at least 5 minutes before your pickup time.
Here's a reminder of what to expect on the day:
45 minutes before your coach departs its first pickup location (or at the time of booking if you book after this), we will send you notification (or SMS if push notification are not activated) with vehicle details and tracking.
You can open the vehicle tracking screen in the Rider App on the Homescreen (or My rides on the Web-app). Just locate the "Track" button.
Show the QR Code on your boarding pass to the driver upon boarding (unless you're using a "Just board" program that doesn't require a boarding pass, in which case the Driver will simply count you on the vehicle)
