We recommend that you get to your Zeelo pick-up point at least 5 minutes before your scheduled departure time.

45 minutes before your coach departs its first pick-up location (or at the time of booking if you book after this), we will send you an SMS with vehicle details and tracking - you will also be able to access this tracking within My Rides/My Trips by scrolling down to the ride/trip you're looking for and clicking Track vehicle.
