What to Expect on the Day of Your Zeelo Trip

To make sure everything goes smoothly on your trip, we’ve put together some helpful reminders and tips. Here’s what you need to know before and on the day of your journey:

Arrive Early

We recommend getting to your pick-up point at least 5 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time. This ensures you’re ready to board when the vehicle arrives and helps keep everything running on time for all passengers.

45-Minute Reminder Before Departure

To help you prepare, we’ll send you a notification 45 minutes before your coach departs its first pick-up location. If you book after this time, you’ll still receive the same notification, but it will be sent immediately after you complete your booking.

This notification will include:

  • Vehicle details (e.g., the type of vehicle you’ll be travelling in)

  • Live vehicle tracking so you can see when your coach is on its way to the pick-up point

If you have push notifications enabled on the Rider App, you’ll receive this information directly through the app. If not, don’t worry! You’ll receive an SMS with the same details.

Track Your Vehicle

You can easily track the progress of your vehicle using the Rider App or the Web App:

  • In the Rider App: Go to the Home Screen and click on the "Track" button.

  • In the Web App: Head over to “My Rides” and select your trip to track the vehicle.

This gives you real-time updates so you’ll know exactly when to expect your ride.

Boarding the Vehicle

When your vehicle arrives, be sure to show the QR Code on your boarding pass to the driver. This is how we confirm your reservation and ensure everything is in order for your journey.

Note: If you’re on a “Just Board” program, you won’t need a boarding pass. In this case, the driver will simply count you on the vehicle, and you can board without the need for a QR code.
