How do I book my child's seat on their school's service?

Visit zeelo.co or download our app to start, then follow the steps in the video below.

Whose details should be on the Zeelo booking?

  • Please create your Zeelo account in your name with your email address. You will be able to add your child's details as the passenger in your account.

How do I add my child as a rider?

  • Go to 'My Rides'

  • Select your previously booked travel pass

  • In the pass settings you will be able to change ‘rider 1’, ‘rider 2’ to your children’s names

How long is my Zeelo travel pass valid for?

  • All travel passes will expire at the end of the school term which you purchase the pass

Do I need to book on to specific rides?

  • Single/Return tickets will require you to book a specific day and time, you do not need to do anything else

  • Full Term & Half Termly passes will automatically book a seat on the service for every journey for the entire term, you do not need to do anything else

  • Multi-ride bundle tickets (e.g 10 rides) will require you to book your specific seat on a service. To do this, log into your account and visit 'My rides', from there you can select specific journey times within your travel pass

What kind of vehicle do we look out for?

  • The mobile registered to the account will receive an app notification or text message 45 min prior to departure with the vehicle description, registration and a live link to track the vehicle

What if our plans change during the day?

  • You can still cancel your Zeelo ride up until 5 min before departure on via the app or website to prevent the driving from expecting you

How do I manage my 'follow my ride'

  • You can allow friends and family to follow your account so they can be updated on the progress of rides you take with Zeelo. Please check out our help article on 'follow my ride' here

How can I suggest a new stop?

  • Please visit the booking page and select view all pick-up's

  • Select 'request new pick-up'

  • Enter the details required to submit your request

  • Zeelo will be in touch if there is considerable interest in a stop and it has become part of the route

What are Zeelo doing to keep our children safe during COVID-19?

  • Zeelo are taking every steps to make sure operators are deep cleaning their vehicles daily, with all hard surfaces wiped down prior to and after each journey

  • Keeping up to date with Government advice and working very closely with our partner operators to implement any changes keeping our service operationally safe for both riders and drivers

  • Providing PPE for drivers

  • Hand sanitizer available onboard every vehicle

  • Ability to manage contact tracing
