For Non-Urgent Inquiries

If your question isn’t time-sensitive, simply complete this form, and one of our customer care team members will get back to you, usually within 24 hours.

Examples of non-urgent queries:

  • General questions about your program, the Rider App, or the Web App

  • Assistance with booking a trip that is more than 24 hours away

  • Inquiries about the terms and conditions for a program you wish to book
