Refund Policy for Business Riders

Day passes, Travel Passes & Ride Bundles, are non-refundable - both for the full amount or a proportion of unused passes.

Booking changes

All bookings can be changed to another date/time up until a cut-off decided by your employer.

For example, if the cut-off time is set to 5 minutes before departure, you will be able to change your booking up to 5 minutes before your pickup time.

The duration chosen by your employer is specified on your booking page.

Ride bundle (If Offered)

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you will be returned 1 ride credit for each direction of travel. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to cancel this booking, and the credit will be lost.

Travel pass (If Offered)

When you cancel a booking before the cut-off time, you free up a seat for a colleague, which is greatly appreciated! However, there is no monetary refund when you cancel a ride within a Travel Pass since you have already paid for the whole date range.

Day pass

We don't currently support cancelling Singles and returns. You can change the date and time of your booking as long as you do so before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to change the booking, and it cannot be refunded.
