Day passes, Travel Passes & Ride Bundles, are non-refundable - both for the full amount or a proportion of unused passes.

Booking changes

All bookings can be changed to another date / time up until a cut-off decided by your employer or school.

For example, if the cut-off time is set to 5 min departure, you will be able to change your booking up until 5 min your pickup time.

The duration chosen by your employer is specified on your booking page.

Ride bundle

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you will returned 1 ride credit for each direction of travel. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to cancel this booking and the credit will be lost.

Travel pass

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you are freeing up a seat for a fellow colleague, which is greatly appreciated! There is no monetary refund when you cancel a ride within a Travel Pass, since you have already paid for the whole date range.

Day pass

We don't currently support cancelling Single & Returns. You will be able to change the date and time of your booking, as long as you change the booking before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to change the booking and it cannot be refunded.
