If you're looking for a refund, we're happy to help and investigate further.
Simply submit a "Refund Request" form here and our team will get back to you within 24 hours. It's important to keep in mind that any approved refunds may take 5-10 days to process. But rest assured, we'll work as quickly as possible to get everything sorted out for you.
Cancellation policy
Most Travel Passes/Ride Bundles allow you to cancel a ride:
For Multi Credit Bundles, you'll be returned 1 ride that you've cancelled (up until 5 min before departure). You can also edit a travel pass/ride bundle journey if your plans change (up until 5 minutes before departure) we can not make any changes if there is less than 5 minutes as the trip is locked down.
