What to Do if Your Zeelo Trip is Fully Booked

We understand how frustrating it can be when the trip you want to take is fully booked. Unfortunately, our Customer Care team is unable to assist with adding you to a trip once it has reached capacity. However, we want to reassure you that there are still options available!

Why Is the Trip Fully Booked?

Each Zeelo service operates with a pre-agreed vehicle size, determined by your employer’s requirements. This means we have a set number of spaces available for each trip, and once those spaces are filled, we cannot make any further changes to the booking.

What Can You Do?

While we’re unable to add extra passengers once a trip is fully booked, don’t worry—you still have options:

  1. Check the Booking System Regularly:
    We recommend you check the booking system frequently, since space may become available if someone cancels their reservation. Cancellations can free up spots, and you can secure a space on the trip you need.

  2. Reach Out to Your Employer:
    If a trip is fully booked and you can't find an alternative through the booking system, we suggest contacting your employer to inquire about other travel options or additional services that may be available.

We’re constantly working to meet the needs of all our passengers, but sometimes demand can exceed supply. We appreciate your understanding and encourage you to check the system or speak to your employer for the best alternatives.
