How do I book/cancel rides

This article explains how you can book your seat on the bus.

Some of the programs run by Zeelo allow you to book ahead to secure your seat. However, there are also flexible options available on the Zeelo platform where there is no need to book. If in doubt which option your employer or school has chosen please refer to your booking page.

1. Head to the booking page

If you're not sure how to do this click here.

2. Select your stop location and destination

If you are on the app, click book now to be taken to the stop options

If you are on your web browser, you will be able to choose the stops in the right hand panel.

3. Choose your pass

There may be a few different passes available. If you need more information to evaluate the options click here

4. Specify who is travelling (only for Schools)

You can select yourself or any other rider you have linked to your account. Alternatively you can add a new rider.

5. Select dates and times

Select what dates and times you want to be booked onto.

6. Cancelling your rides

If you change your mind you can login to your account at any time and go to my rides. Click change on the trip you want to change and follow the prompts. Note some programs will not allow you to change last minute but this will be shown on the screen.
