Booking a Ride

1. Head to the Booking Page

To start, visit your booking page. You can access this by typing in your school/college name, using the passcode or the direct link you were given in recent communications.


2. Select Your Stop Location and Destination

  • On the App: Tap the "Book Now" button to be taken to the stop options.

  • On a Web Browser: You’ll see the stop options listed in the right-hand panel of the page.

Select your pick-up stop and destination.


3. Choose Your Pass

Depending on your School/College, you may see several different pass options. Click here for more information about the different passes to help you choose the best option.


4. Specify Who Is Travelling

If you're booking for a school program, you’ll need to specify who is travelling:

  • Select yourself, or Select your child's name linked to your account.

  • If the rider is not already linked, you can add a new rider.


5. Select Dates and Times

Next, choose the dates and times for the ride you want to book. Make sure the details are correct before moving forward.


6. Cancelling Your Ride

If your plans change, you can easily cancel or modify your ride:

  1. Log in to your account.

  2. Go to "My Rides".

  3. You can just select the trip you want to change or cancel.

  4. Click "Change" and follow the prompts to complete the process.

Just so you know, some programs may not allow changes at the last minute. If this is the case, it will be clearly indicated on the screen.
