How to locate where I will be picked up?

Helping you find your pickup location.

Updated over 3 months ago

We usually do our best to choose an obvious & convenient pickup location, but sometimes you may be unsure where to wait for the shuttle.

a. Program that requires booking a seat in advance (Most common)

On the Rider App (iOS & Android)

  • Open the Homescreen

  • Your bookings are displayed at the top in a carousel you can swipe through

  • Your pickup is highlighted by an purple link

  • Click on the link will open a map helping locate the pickup point.

Find stop

On the Web-app:

  • Open "My rides" once you are logged in

  • Your bookings are listed when you scroll down the page

  • On each booking, you can tap the link to open the pickup or dropoff location

  • A map will open showing the pickup

b. Program that requires getting a pass, but not booking seats

Commonly referred as a "Scan to board" program

On the Rider App:

  • Open your Travel Pass on the homescreen

  • Select the timetable button

  • Select a pickup & dropoff to check the stop location
