Login to the account used for the purchase
To allow your child to view their trips, times, and tracking information, please download the app on the child's device.
Sign in using the same email address you used to create your account and purchase a pass. This might be your parent email address & password. They will then be able to see the passes purchased, including their boarding pass & QR code, which they can show to the driver to get scanned.
What if my child doesn't own a smartphone?
If your child does not have a device, you can print the QR code for them to scan with the driver. We do not provide a physical pass. The QR Code is the same across all of your child's bookings, so you can use the same QR Code throughout the year.
