What do to if you or your child cannot access the boarding pass to board the vehicle?

1. Programs that require pre-booking a seat ahead ("Booked" programs)

That’s not a problem!

All Zeelo drivers have a list of the riders booked onto the trip. If you don’t have your phone or are unable to present the QR code on your boarding pass, just let the driver know your name and they can find you on the list to check you in.

2. Program that only require showing a boarding pass ("Scan to board" programs)

That’s not a problem!

All Zeelo drivers have a list of the riders authorised to use this bus service. If you don’t have your phone or are unable to present the QR code on your boarding pass, just let the driver know your name and they can find you on the list to check you in.

My child doesn't own a smartphone and can't load the boarding pass in the App

If your child does not have a device, you can print the QR code for them to scan with the driver. We do not provide a physical pass. The QR Code is the same across all of your child's bookings, so you can use the same QR Code throughout the year.
