Leaving feedback after a trip

Here's how to tell us what you think of your experience using Zeelo

At Zeelo we try our best to give our riders the best transport to work and school as possible. We use the feedback from our riders to always improve the quality of our services. Useful feedback include:

  • The quality of the vehicle

  • Driver behaviour

  • Experience using the Rider App or Web-app

  • Was the vehicle on time

  • The route used

When you or you child completes a trip with Zeelo, you have the option to leave feedback using the Rider App for each trip (this feature isn't available yet on the Web-app).

A request to leave feedback will pop-up automatically in the Rider App every 10 trips to prompt to leave some feedback.

How to leave feedback about a trip?

  • Login to the Rider App (this feature isn't available yet on the Web-app)

  • Open the Account tab in the bottom right

  • Select "My bookings" to see all your bookings

  • Select the "Completed" tab

  • Find the trip you would like to leave a rating. Tap on the [...] button to show more options

Rate & Leave a comment


  • Select "Rate your journey"

  • Select a number of stars

  • When you submit you will have the opportunity to leave a comment
