What to do when you can't book on a trip

The trip might be full

We suggest booking in advance to avoid missing out. Unfortunately, our Customer Care team are unable to support if the trip is fully booked. Your employer or school decides on the size of the vehicle available for each trip, and we're unable to increase the number of seats without their approval.

You missed the booking cut-off time

Your company or school will decide of a cut-off time for your booking, this will vary for each program.

To check how much time you have to cancel or change a booking, open the page to edit a booking, an information box will let you know how long you have to make a change.

What can I do?

What can I do?

It's a good idea to keep checking back the booking page in case someone cancels their booking and frees up a seat. In the meantime, you can raise this with your employer or school representative to raise your interest.
