When managing bookings for a school student, you can decide to use one of the following setup:
As a parent or guardian, you create an account with your own email address, then manage your children by linking them to your account. We recommend doing this if your children don't have a smartphone yet.
Create the Zeelo account using your children's own email address. We recommend doing this if your children have got their own smartphone.
Here are the steps to getting started with setting up your parent account or children account depend on the approach you chose.
1. Head to the Program page

2. Select your stop location and destination
If you are on the app, click book now to be taken to the stop options
If you are on your web browser, you will be able to choose the stops in the right hand panel.
3. Choose your pass
There may be a few different passes available. If you need more information to evaluate the options click here
4. Telling us who is travelling
When you proceed to payment, you will be asked to login or create an account. Now depending on the approach you want to follow, you have 2 options
If the account is using the Parent or Guardian's email address, you should set that each rider in the list to be your children
If you account is using your child's email address, you should make sure they set themselves as being the rider
This ensures the correct name are linked to Boarding passes and the driver has got an accurate list of students name.
5. Pay for the Pass or Ride bundle
Use the payment method of your choice
6. Manage bookings
When you open a Travel Pass or Ride bundle:
if you are managing your children bookings on their behalf, you will see their name at the top of the list of bookings. If you manage for multiple children, you can swipe Left or Right (on the Rider App) or use the Left-Right arrow (Web-app) to switch between children.
If your child is managing their own bookings, they will only see their bookings.
