When managing bookings for a school student, you can decide to use one of the following setups:
As a parent or guardian, you create an account with your email address and then manage your children by linking them to your account. We recommend doing this if your children don't have a smartphone yet.
Create the Zeelo account using your children's own email address. We would recommend that you do this if your children have their own smartphone.
Here are the steps to getting started with setting up your parent account or children account depend on the approach you chose.
1. Head to the Program page

2. Select your stop location and destination
If you are on the app, click book now to be taken to the stop options
You can choose the stops in the right-hand panel if you are on your web browser.
3. Choose your pass
There may be a few different passes available. If you need more information to evaluate the options, click here
4. Telling us who is travelling
You will be asked to log in or create an account when you proceed to payment. Now, depending on the approach you want to follow, you have 2 options
If the account is using the Parent or Guardian's email address, you should set each rider in the list to be your children
If your account is using your child's email address, you should make sure they set themselves up as the rider
This ensures the correct names are linked to boarding passes and the driver has an accurate list of students' names.
5. Pay for the Pass or Ride bundle

6. Manage bookings
When you open a Travel Pass or Ride bundle:
If you manage your children's bookings on their behalf, you will see their name at the top of the list of bookings. Swipe Left or Right (on the Rider App) or use the Left-Right arrow (Web-app) to switch between children if you manage multiple children.
If your child is managing their own bookings, they will only see their own bookings.
