First, you can use the Rider App or the Webpage to search for alternative pickup locations within your program. Contact Our Customer Care Team
Once you’ve found your preferred pickup stop, contact our customer care team to request the change. You can easily do this by filling out the request form on our website.We’ll then update your default pick-up and drop-off stops associated with your Travel Pass or Ride Bundle and ensure your new stop is set up for future trips.
