Why hasn't the money been taken yet?

We iniate the payment with the bank on the date stated when you sign up but the bank can take up to 6 working days to remove it from the account. Zeelo have no control over this, please contact your bank for further information.

I can't remember the amounts or the payment dates?

No problem! We send an email confirming the amount and payment dates every time we take a payment and when you set one up. If you look up those emails in the inbox of the email you signed up with you'll see them listed there.

How can i cancel my direct debit?

If you need to cancel your direct debit, please contact us first so we can arrange alternative payment. If you cancel your direct debit you will lose your pass and access to the service.

What is the reference i see on my bank statement for the direct debit payment?

Your bank statement will show 'Stripe/Zeelo Ltd' on the payment so you can recognise which one is from us.

I accidentally cancelled my direct debit, what can i do know?

Contact us on the form below to arrange alternative payment. If you cancel your direct debit you will lose your pass and access to the service, speak to us to get it reinstated.
