1. Find your program
Type in your employer or school name the search bar on the website or in the Rider App to access the program page.
2. Viewing all pickups available
a. Program that requires booking a seat in advance (Most common)
Commonly referred as a "Booked" program
From the Program page:
On the Program page, we usually include a link "You can view the full timetable here."
Clicking on this will open up a live timetable in your browser, which you can refresh and refer to as needed.
From a Pass management page:
For Programs that require getting a pass in order to travel, you can also access the timetable from the homepage (or "My rides" on the web-app). Once you own a pass it will be displayed on the homepage, by selecting it you will access the Pass Management page where you can see the timetable and make a booking (only on routes where booking are required).
b. Program that requires getting a pass, but not booking seats
Commonly referred as a "Scan to board" program
On the Rider App:
Select the "See stops & timetable" button on the Program page.
A timetable screen will open. Tap on "Pick-up stop" to open a map and list of all pickup stops available on this Program.
Select a stop on the map, in the list or search around your address, and check if the location is convenient to you. If you want to use this pickup, select "Select stop".
You will return to the timetable page where you can now select the drop-off stop following the same process.
Once both pickup and dropoff are selected a timetable will appear.
You can then proceed to getting a pass to start using this program. You won't need to book ahead and your pass can be used on all stops displayed on this Program map.
c. Program that doesn't require a pass nor booking seats
Commonly referred as a "Just board" program
On the Rider App:
Select the "See timetable" button on the Program page.
You don't need to get a pass on a "Just board" Program. When you want to start travelling, simply turn up at the pickup stop ahead of the pickup time, the driver will count you as you board. You may be required to show a badge or ID depending on your enployer or school requirements.
