How to find my employer or school program

This article explains how you can access your employer or school program to start using it.

1. By using our Web-app

  • Use your browser to access our website zeelo.co

  • Use the search bar located at the top of the screen and type in your employer or school name to locate the booking page. If your employer has provided you with a 5 digits code to access the program, please use this instead.

2. By using our Rider App

  • Download the Zeelo Rider App for iOS here or for Android here.

  • Upon opening the App, you can create an account or Skip this step

  • Tap on the Search icon in the Tab bar at the bottom

  • Use the search bar located at the top of the screen and type in your employer or school name to locate the booking page. If your employer has provided you with a 5 digits code to access the program, please use this instead.

  • Select your employer site or school name from the list of search results to access the program

Can't find your program in the Search results?

There might be several reasons why you can't find your program in the list of results:

  1. Check the spelling or the keywords you used. Usually the transportation program name is the same as the site your work at, or the name of your school.

  2. If the program is not appearing in the Search results, it could be because your employer or school is using a 5 digits passcode to make the program private.

    1. Check the communications you have received for a mention of a 5 digits passcode, or get in touch with your work or school admin.

    2. Once you have retrieved the passcode, type it in the search bar and the program will appear in the search results.
