How do I add followers to my account?

What is the difference between an ‘Account Holder’ and a ‘Follower’?
Account Holder: this is the person that creates the Zeelo account. This person will take the lead for all things within the account. For example, booking passes, editing/cancelling trips, altering bookings, receiving email notifications and live tracking (in-app and on the web).
Followers: up to 3 ‘followers’ can be added within a Zeelo account (the main account holder will be one, but there is space for two additional followers). A follower will receive email updates regarding a journey that is taking place now, and be sent a vehicle tracking link via email, this link will allow you to view live tracking through the Zeelo website. Followers cannot make or alter bookings.
How do I add followers to my account?
- Enter our website via Zeelo.co, login to your account, then click on "My rides" in the top right of your screen
- Click on the travel pass for the service you wish to share updates for
- Click on "Follow my rides", then select "Add a follower"
- Complete the details of the person you wish to add as a follower, including email, phone number and full name
- Select "Save", then your follower should be set up for you!
