With just a few taps, you can view your timetable, plan your trip, and even track the vehicle’s current location. Here’s a step-by-step guide to using the system:
Access the Program Page
Begin by opening the program page associated with your school or service. This can be accessed by typing in the "Where to" box on the website or the "search" option on the AppGo to ‘Stops and Timetable’
Navigate to the "See Stops and Timetable" section
to view route options and schedules. This section lists all available pickup and drop-off points.
Choose Your Pick-Up and Drop-Off Points
Select your starting location (pick-up point) and destination (drop-off point). This helps the system tailor the results to your specific journey.Set Your Departure Time
Under the “Leave At” option, enter the time and date you wish to depart.
This feature allows the system to calculate and present upcoming scheduled departures that match your travel window.
View Next Departures
The system will display the next available scheduled trips, helping you choose the best option for your timing.Track Your Vehicle
If vehicle tracking is available, you’ll see a Track Vehicle option next to the trip.
Tapping this will open a live map showing your bus’s current location in real time, so you will know exactly where your ride is and when it will arrive. If tracking is not available, this will say "Tracking not available on the trip."
You can then proceed to buy a ticket based on the available options for your school/service so the driver can scan your ticket as you board.
