1. Visit Our Website or App
Go to zeelo.co or download the Zeelo app.
2. Search for Your Employer (using the Passcode or Direct Link)
In the search box, enter your employer name, passcode or click on the link you have been given in recent communications.
3. Select Your Ticket Type
You’ll see options, ticket types vary depending on your employer's requirements
4. Choose Your Pick-Up and Drop-Off Locations
Select your pick-up stop and drop-off location, then choose your preferred booking type (Travel Pass, Return, or Single).
5. Continue to payment
Click cotimue to payment, and you’ll be taken to the payment page.
7. Complete the Payment
Follow the prompts to pay via card.
8. Purchase Additional Ride Bundles (Optional)
If you want to purchase a Single, Return trip, simply log into your account and go to My Rides. From there, you can select specific ride/trip times
9. Get Real-Time Notifications
Once your booking is confirmed, the mobile number registered to your account will receive a 45-minute advance notification before departure. This notification will include the vehicle description, registration number, and a live link to track the vehicle.
10. Show the Boarding Pass
The driver will scan you onboard using a QR code, which can be found on your email confirmation or on your bookings located in the my rides section on your account
What to Do If Plans Change?
If your plans change and you need to cancel your ride, you can do so via the app or website up to 5 minutes before departure. This will prevent the driver from expecting you. If you have booked a single/return ticket, this will not be refunded.
