How do I get a receipt?

Your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address upon purchase.

Your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address upon purchase. Please note that this receipt is not valid for travel - you will still be required to book onto individual rides from within your Travel Pass. See more here on how to do this.

Travel pass & Ride bundle purchases

Your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address upon purchase.

Please note that this receipt is not valid for travel.

If your Travel Pass is for a Program where you are required to book a seat in advance, make sure you login to the Rider App or the Web-app to do this ahead of time, as vehicles may become full quickly!

Day Passes (One Way/Return trip)

Your receipt is the same document as your booking confirmation which will be sent to your registered email address upon purchase.

If you have misplaced it, you can go to our Web-app, scroll down the list of bookings and click the E-ticket button to load a booking confirmation that can be printed.
