When you purchase your ticket, your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address. Please note that this receipt is not valid for travel—you will still be required to book individual rides from within your Travel Pass. See more here on how to do this.
Travel pass & Ride bundle purchases
Your receipt will be emailed to your registered email address when you purchase it.
So that you know, this receipt is not valid for travel.
If your Travel Pass is for a Program where you are required to book a seat in advance, make sure you log in to the Rider App or the Web app to do this ahead of time, as vehicles may become full quickly!
Day Passes (One Way/Return trip)
Your receipt is the same as your booking confirmation, which will be sent to your registered email address upon purchase.
If you have misplaced it, you can go to our Web page, scroll down the list of bookings, and click the E-ticket button to load a booking confirmation that can be printed.
