You can allow up to 3 contacts to follow your account so they receive updates on the progress of a trip.
"Followers" will be receiving the following notification:
A reminder before the trip begins, including a link to track the vehicle
Notification of boarding
Notification of dropoff at destination
If your child doesn't board a trip they're booked on (e.g., they might be sick), you will receive a notification if the driver departs from their pickup and your child wasn't scanned on. We always advise cancelling their booking if they're unable to board so that the driver is not waiting for them and delaying the trip.

In your Travel Pass or Ride Bundle, tap 'Follow my rides,' where you can add up to 3 followers' contact details, edit their details, and remove them.
