First of all, we're really sorry about the vehicle not showing up when you thought it would.

Here's how to get assistance -

Double check you have the correct pickup date and time

Open the Rider app / Web-app / Confirmation email and double check:

  • the pickup date

  • the pickup time

  • the pickup location

Use the live vehicle tracking in the Rider App (or the Web-app) to check the location of your vehicle.

In the unlikely event that your bus is running excessively late, our live operations will have been notified and will be actively monitoring the progress. Our team will notify you and keep up to date with the vehicle's progress.

To receive these updates, make sure you have push notification activated on your Rider App, or alternatively make sure your mobile phone number is up to date in your account details.
