How to set up a Direct Debit

On some of our more expensive passes you can spread the cost with monthly payments

1. Select the pass and stops you want

2. See payment options available

The Direct Debit payment is only available to School contracts when the duration of the pass exceeds 50 days. This is highlighted by a "Pay monthly available" when choosing the pass you want.

3. Choose your preferred option

On the next screen it will show your payment options

If you choose Direct Debit this will offer 3, 6 or 9 (consecutive monthly payments we do not offer quarterly payment). Once you select your option you can also click 'See Payment Schedule' which will then show you all payments with the dates they will be collected.

4. Confirm your selection

When you have chosen over how many months you want to pay for the pass, you then need to enter your bank details and address. Plus confirming that you are happy to authorise a direct debit by clicking the check box.

Click review and confirm and you are all set!

Payments will show on your bank statement as "Stripe/Zeelo Ltd". We send regular update emails to remind you of your payment progress and the outstanding amounts due.
