How to set up a Direct debit
Please watch this video or read the below for a step-by-step guide
When purchasing a new pass log into/create your account and search for your School/Employer.
Select the pick-up stop
Choose the drop-off ( this may auto-populate with the info)
Choose how many passengers/students
Choose your pass (there may be various options available)
Get this pass
You will then be presented with a payment method, you can pay in full or by Direct Debit.
Choose your payment option
If you choose Direct Debit this will offer 3, 6 or 9 (consecutive monthly payments we do not offer quarterly payment)
This will show your payment schedule
Get this pass
You have now purchased your pass and are ready to book (if applicable).
Please note - Payments will show in your bank as Stripe/Zeelo Ltd
