How to set up a Direct Debit

You can spread the cost with monthly payments

1. Select the Travel pass and stops you want

2. See payment options available

Direct Debit payments are only available to School contracts when the duration of the pass exceeds the length of the payments. When choosing the pass you want, a "Pay monthly available" option highlights this.

3. Choose your preferred option

On the next screen, it will show your payment options.

If you choose Direct Debit, you will receive 3, 6, or 9 consecutive monthly payments starting in September (we do not offer quarterly payments). Once you select your option, you can also click 'See Payment Schedule,' which will show you all payments and the dates they will be collected.

4. Confirm your selection

When you have chosen how many months you want to pay for the pass, you need to enter your bank details and address and confirm that you are happy to authorise a direct debit by clicking the check box.

Click review and confirm, and you are all set!

Your bank statement will show payments as "Stripe/Zeelo Ltd."
