My child is sick and won’t use the bus today. What do I need to do?

You should change or cancel your booking so that the driver knows not to expect your child today.

If your child cannot make the ride/trip on a particular day, you can change or cancel their booking.

This will free up the seat on the bus, which can be made available to another child where necessary.

The driver will also know that they don't need to wait for your child and risk delaying the bus service.

1. Travel pass / Ride bundle bookings

  1. Login to the Rider App (or "My rides" on the Web-app)

  2. Select your Travel pass/Ride bundle

  3. Find the booking that your child can't make

  4. Select "Change"

  5. Select "Cancel" and save your changes

2. Single / Return bookings

  1. Login to the Rider App (or "My rides" on the Web-app)

  2. Select your booking on the Homescreen

  3. Change the date / time to a different date and save

⚠️ You can't Cancel Single / Return bookings so these will need to be re-arranged on a different day
