All bookings can be changed to another date / time up until a cut-off decided by your school.

For example, if the cut-off time is set to 5 min departure, you will be able to change your booking up until 5 min your pickup time.

The duration chosen by your school is specified on your booking page.

Ride bundle

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you will returned 1 ride credit for each direction of travel. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to cancel this booking and the credit will be lost.

Travel pass

When cancelling a booking before the cut-off time, you are freeing up a seat for a fellow student, which is greatly appreciated! It's also better if the driver knows not to expect your child and avoid delaying the whole group.

There is no monetary refund when you cancel a ride within a Travel Pass, since you have already paid for the whole date range.

Day pass

We don't currently support cancelling Single & Returns. You will be able to change the date and time of your booking, as long as you change the booking before the cut-off time. After the cut-off time, you won't be able to change the booking and it cannot be refunded.
