One way travel passes

This article explains how One way travel passes work

Updated over a month ago

One way passes are useful when you know you or your child only needs to use a bus service in one direction (for example, the afternoon trip back home), providing you with a cheaper transport alternative.

1. Buy a "One way travel pass"

If you need information how to do this, please read this article

The default direction of travel will be based on your stop selection on the page where you select the Travel pass. For example on the image below, Acorn Road is set at the first stop, so the One Way Pass will default to this direction of travel "Acorn Road > Greenoak School".

2. Manage your bookings

The One way travel pass is usually set to book you on automatically, but sometimes the employer/school may decide that bookings need to be made manually. You can manage your bookings by tapping on the Travel Pass on your App homescreen or by heading to "My rides" on the web-app.

3. If you need to change the direction of travel

Sometimes you may wish to travel on the morning trip instead of the afternoon trip (or vice-versa). To do this you can follow the simple steps below:

  1. Tap on the date you wish to change

  2. Switch to inbound and save your changes

    Done!
