Can I buy a temporary pass for a different route?
What to do if your child needs to use another route as a one-off (e.g., sleeping at a friend's or other personal circumstances)?
If your child temporarily needs to use another route that they don't already have a pass for. We can help make the necessary changes for you.
In most cases, if your child holds an Annual/Term pass, we can move the existing booking. However, this does depend on seat availability and your school's policy.
