Can my child use another route temporarily instead of their usual route?
What to do if your child needs to use another route as a one-off (e.g sleeping at a friend or other personal circumstances)?
If your child temporarily needs to use another route for which they don't already have a pass. We can help make the necessary changes for you.
In most cases if your child holds an Annual/Term pass we can move the existing booking. However this does depend on seat availability and your schools policy.
