It is generally the policy of the organisation that any unused credits from Ride Bundles are not eligible for transfer to a different route and are non-refundable once the school year ends, and cannot be carried forward for use in subsequent school years. Travel passes (Annual/Term) are published with the exact days of travel for the School year, including holidays.
