How to change the pick-up and/or drop-off linked to a Travel Pass, Ride bundle or Daily pass

When you buy a pass with Zeelo, we’ll first ask you to select your default pick-up and drop-off stops before showing you the travel options available. This step is important because it allows us to shape your journey around your specific travel needs and preferences.

There are a few reasons for this. On paid programs, the cost of your pass may depend on the stops you choose, as pricing can vary according to the distance you travel. By confirming your pick-up and drop-off locations in advance, we can make sure you see the most accurate ticket options and pricing.

For programs where there are limits on how many passes can be sold per route, knowing your selected stops also helps us check availability and confirm whether passes are still available on your preferred route. This means you always have clear, up-to-date information about your travel options.

Overall, this process is designed to give you more relevant, personalised options while helping us manage capacity and resources effectively, so that services run smoothly for all riders.

Sometimes, you may need to change the default pick-up or drop-off stop linked to a pass. For example:

- You selected the wrong pick-up and/or drop-off stop and are now seeing incorrect stop information in the Rider App or Web App
- Your circumstances have changed (such as a change of address), and you now need to use a different stop


What to do if you need to change the default stop linked to a pass

Right now, the default stops linked to your pass can’t be edited directly in the Rider App or Web App. If you need to make a change, please reach out to our team via live chat here and we’ll be happy to help.

If changing your default pick-up and drop-off stops results in a difference in cost, we may ask you to purchase a new pass. Once that’s done, we’ll arrange a refund for your previous pass where applicable.
