Using the Mobile App or Web App
At present, the rider app and web app (browser) do not offer an option to remove a saved payment card once it has been added. This means that any card you’ve previously used will remain stored in your account.
However, you still have control over which card is used for future purchases. When buying a pass at checkout, you can select and set a different card as your default payment method. This ensures that your preferred card is used for subsequent transactions, even though older cards remain saved in the system.
We understand that managing saved payment methods is important, and we may consider improvements to this feature in future updates.
Please note: If you are using an Apple iOS device, Apple Pay is also available, where you can select the card you wish to use.
