How do I delete my Zeelo account?

Please follow the below steps if you wish to delete your Zeelo account

1. For iOS App users

You can delete your account in the Zeelo Rider App. Here's how to do it:

  1. Log in to the Rider App
  2. Open the "Account" tab in the bottom right of your screen
  3. Tap on the "Edit ✏️" icon in the top right of your screen
  4. Tap "Delete account"
  5. Confirm the deletion by typing "DELETE"

2. For Android App users

It's not currently possible for you to delete your own account within the Android App.

In line with GDPR guidelines, you can request to have your Zeelo account information deleted by getting in touch with our contact center at any time.

3. For Web-app users

It's not currently possible for you to delete your own account within the Web-app.
